Physician executive and oncology leader with more than 20 years of combined experience in clinical medicine, healthcare finance, and health policy. Dual-trained with an MD and MBA from Yale University, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to cancer care delivery, organizational strategy, and value-based reform.

Currently serves as Chief of Radiation Oncology at Luminis Health, overseeing clinical operations, strategic planning, and business development across a multi-center service line. As Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, teaches and mentors physicians in health policy and healthcare economics.

Chief of Radiation Oncology

Luminis Health, Annapolis, Maryland | 2021 – Present

• Lead clinical operations, business development, and strategic planning for the Luminis Health (LH) radiation oncology service line, including the development of a new radiation oncology free standing center that opened in July 2024 and ACR accreditation at all sites.

• Develop the Low Dose Radiation Therapy for Benign Diseases Program and currently serve as its Medical Director.

• Create partnerships with key regional radiation oncology academic and payor providers to boost clinical volume by increasing research offerings/collaboration, decrease leakage, and build brand awareness within the referring and patient community.

• Evaluate and provide recommendations for all new system-wide capital purchases to the C-Suite and strategic initiatives to the Board of Trustees on behalf of the Cancer Service Line.

• Chair the ACS Commission on Cancer Committee and led a successful 3-year re-accreditation of the oncology service line in 2024, meeting standards designed to support quality, outcomes, and prevention.

• Selected by the president to join the Luminis Health Physician Leadership Program, recognizing leadership potential and commitment to organizational excellence.
